At Ethereal Aether Cache, we curate historical, rare, discontinued, vintage, collectible, and modern beauty items.
We strive to accurately represent the condition, appearance, and known characteristics of every item offered for sale.
Because many products are older, discontinued, previously owned, or collectible in nature, customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, condition notes, measurements, fill levels when visible, and listing disclosures prior to purchase.

COLLECTIBLE & VINTAGE BEAUTY PRODUCTS
Vintage beauty products may be offered primarily for collectible, display, nostalgic, educational, or historical purposes.
Due to age, unknown historical storage conditions, formulation changes, ingredient degradation, packaging deterioration, and other factors associated with older cosmetic products, their safety, effectiveness, stability, or performance cannot be guaranteed.
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, vintage cosmetic products should not be assumed suitable for cosmetic application.
Any decision by a purchaser to open, handle, test, or use a vintage beauty product is made at the purchaser's discretion.

VAULTED, DISCONTINUED & PRE-OWNED FRAGRANCES
Previously owned, vintage, vaulted, and discontinued fragrances may naturally change over time.
Variations may occur in scent profile, longevity, projection, color, clarity, and overall performance as a result of age, storage history, formulation differences, reformulation, oxidation, or natural maturation.

Fill Level: Where the contents of a fragrance bottle are visible, listing photographs are intended to provide the most accurate representation of the remaining fill level. Natural evaporation may occur over time, particularly with older bottles.
For opaque or otherwise non-visible bottles, remaining volume may not be independently verifiable unless specifically stated in the listing.

Scent Characteristics: Original fragrance notes and performance may change with age. Ethereal Aether Cache cannot guarantee that an older fragrance will smell or perform exactly as it did when originally manufactured.

PRE-OWNED & VINTAGE NAIL POLISH
Vintage and pre-owned nail polish may be offered for collectible, nostalgic, display, or cosmetic purposes depending on the individual listing.
Older nail polish formulas may naturally experience changes including thickening, separation, pigment settling, color shifting, evaporation, viscosity changes, or other alterations associated with age and previous storage.
A polish that was originally manufactured for cosmetic use may no longer perform according to its original manufacturer specifications.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, cosmetic performance is not guaranteed for vintage nail polish.

PRISTINE & UNUSED ITEMS
Items described as pristine, unused, unopened, sealed, new old stock, or deadstock are represented according to the condition indicators reasonably available to us.
For older or previously sourced merchandise, we may not always be able to independently verify the complete ownership or storage history of an item unless specifically documented.
We do not sell previously used mascaras, liquid eyeliners, lip glosses, or other applicator-based cosmetic products where hygienic reuse would be inappropriate.
When an item is represented as unused or unopened, the listing will reflect the observable condition, seals, packaging, and other available indicators supporting that description.

GENERAL PURCHASE NOTICE
All merchandise is offered in the condition shown and described in its respective listing.
Applicable return eligibility is governed by the Ethereal Aether Cache Returns & Customer Care Policy.
Manufacturer expiration dates, recommended shelf lives, batch information, and original storage conditions may be unavailable or unknown for older, vintage, discontinued, or collectible merchandise.
Customers should carefully review photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition disclosures, fill levels where visible, and other listing information before completing a purchase.
Questions about an item's condition are always welcome prior to purchase.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHIPPING & COMPLIANCE
Certain fragrances, perfumes, colognes, nail polishes, and other products containing flammable or regulated ingredients may be subject to hazardous-material transportation requirements.
When an item requires surface transportation under applicable carrier or transportation rules, Ethereal Aether Cache will ship the product using an eligible domestic ground service.
As a store policy, fragrances and nail polish are shipped using appropriate surface transportation when required or when necessary to comply with carrier restrictions.
Expedited air transportation may not be available for these products.
Certain fragrance and nail polish products may also be ineligible for international destinations, military addresses, U.S. territories, or other destinations requiring air transportation.
Customers should allow additional transit time for merchandise that must travel by surface transportation.
Products requiring special handling are packaged using appropriate protective and containment materials based on the nature of the item and applicable shipping requirements.

VINTAGE, ANTIQUE & PRE-OWNED MERCHANDISE NOTICE
Many items offered by Ethereal Aether Cache are vintage, antique, collectible, discontinued, handmade, previously owned, estate-sourced, secondhand, or otherwise unique in nature.
Such merchandise may display characteristics associated with age, storage, prior ownership, manufacturing methods, previous use, or historical handling.
These characteristics may include wear, patina, fading, discoloration, surface marks, scratches, minor imperfections, manufacturing variation, repairs, or cosmetic inconsistencies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, vintage and previously owned merchandise should not be expected to be in factory-new condition.
We make reasonable efforts to photograph and disclose noticeable condition characteristics relevant to the item.

VINTAGE ELECTRONICS, TOYS & MECHANICAL ITEMS
Vintage electronic, battery-operated, mechanical, musical, novelty, collectible, and toy items may be sold primarily as collectible or display pieces unless otherwise stated.
Due to age, storage history, prior ownership, component degradation, corrosion, outdated technology, and other age-related factors, continued functionality and long-term reliability cannot be guaranteed.
If an item has been tested, the listing will describe the results of that testing when applicable.
Testing represents only the observed condition of the item at the time it was tested and is not a guarantee of future operation.

COLOR ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Every reasonable effort is made to accurately photograph and represent the color and appearance of merchandise.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, photography equipment, image processing, screen calibration, device displays, browser settings, and individual color perception.
Such variations do not necessarily indicate that an item differs materially from its listing.

HANDMADE & SMALL-BATCH PRODUCT NOTICE
Handmade, artisan, handcrafted, and small-batch products may naturally display minor variations between individual pieces or production batches.
Variations may include differences in color, texture, finish, fill level, label placement, packaging, appearance, or other characteristics associated with small-scale production.
Reasonable variations inherent to handmade or small-batch production are not considered manufacturing defects.

PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE
Certain vintage, antique, discontinued, collectible, imported, previously owned, or historically manufactured products may have been produced under standards different from those currently in effect.
Older products may not conform to modern ingredient, labeling, warning, manufacturing, or safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use, particularly when purchasing vintage, collectible, discontinued, or historically manufactured merchandise.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ethereal Aether Cache and its owners, representatives, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall not be responsible for damages arising from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, inappropriate storage, or use of merchandise for a purpose inconsistent with its listing or disclosed condition.
Vintage and collectible merchandise should be handled in accordance with the characteristics and limitations described in the individual product listing.
Nothing contained in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PRODUCT CONDITION
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review the item's photographs, description, condition disclosures, and applicable store policies.
The individual product listing remains the primary representation of the specific item's condition at the time of sale.

POLICY CHANGES
Ethereal Aether Cache reserves the right to revise or update this policy as store practices, inventory, carrier requirements, or applicable regulations change.
The policy and product disclosures in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that transaction.
