Collectible & Vintage Beauty Products
Vintage beauty products are offered strictly as collectible, display, nostalgic, educational, or historical items.
  • Condition & Safety: Due to age, unknown historical storage conditions, chemical degradation, and formulation changes, the safety, effectiveness, and performance of vintage items cannot be guaranteed.
  • Assumption of Risk: These items are not sold for cosmetic application. Any decision to open or use vintage beauty formulas is made solely at the buyer’s discretion, and the purchaser assumes all associated risks.
Vaulted & Discontinued Fragrances

Previously owned and vintage fragrances may vary in scent profile, longevity, projection, color, and performance due to natural maceration, age, reformulations, and storage history.
  • Volume Representation: Natural evaporation can occur over time. Remaining contents are captured clearly in listing photographs and serve as the final representation of the item's fill level.
  • Scent Accuracy: Original scent notes may alter over decades; therefore, fragrance accuracy and suitability for personal wear cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-Owned & Vintage Nail Polish

Vintage and pre-owned nail polish products are sold primarily as collectible display pieces.
  • Consistency Changes: Over time, formulas may exhibit changes in consistency, color shifts, viscosity loss, separation, or pigment settling.
  • Performance: Nail polish may naturally thicken, especially if previously opened or exposed to air. Standard cosmetic performance is not guaranteed.
Pristine & Unused Items (Deadstock)

To maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance with our platform merchants, Ethereal Aether Cache strictly prohibits the sale of used applicator cosmetics.

We do not sell used mascaras, liquid eyeliners, lip glosses, or cream-based eye makeup.

Any item designated as pristine or unused arrives completely untouched, un-swatched, and in its original structural state.

General Purchase Notice

All items are sold exclusively in the "as-is" condition shown and described in their respective listings.

Original manufacturer shelf-life data is generally expired or unknown due to the historical nature of our cache.

Buyers are required to carefully review all high-resolution photographs and listing details prior to completing a purchase to fully appreciate the exact condition and character of each unique piece.



📦 HazMat Shipping & Compliance (Perfumes & Nail Polish)
Due to federal transportation safety regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances and flammable nail polishes, specific inventory items are strictly classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). We adhere strictly to all U.S. Department of Transportation and carrier safety standards. [1, 2, 3]
  • Domestic Surface Shipping Only: All orders containing perfumes, colognes, or nail polishes must be transported via domestic ground shipping routes only (such as USPS Ground Advantage HazMat). Expedited air shipping, Overnight delivery, and Priority Mail Air are strictly unavailable for these products.
  • No International Shipping: We cannot ship fragrances or nail polishes to international addresses, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military mailboxes due to commercial air transport restrictions.Extended Delivery
  •  Timelines: Because ground transport takes longer than air travel, please anticipate a delivery window of 5 to 10 business days for transit within the contiguous United States.
  • Secure Protective Packaging: In accordance with USPS Publication 52, all liquids are sealed in secondary leak-proof containment bags with adequate absorbent materials and labeled outwardly with required surface-only HAZMAT indicators.
