Thank you for shopping with Ethereal Aether Cache. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt of cleared payment. Processing time includes order review, inspection, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time may be considered received on the following business day for processing purposes.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, federal holidays, carrier holidays, and temporary business closures.

While every effort is made to process orders promptly, processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING

Ethereal Aether Cache currently offers complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders totaling $75.00 USD or more after discounts and before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping promotions are subject to change, modification, suspension, or termination at any time without notice. Certain oversized, unusually heavy, hazardous-material, freight, or specialty items may be excluded from free shipping eligibility.

If merchandise is returned and the remaining retained merchandise no longer qualifies for free shipping, original shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped through carriers selected by Ethereal Aether Cache, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping methods and carrier selection may vary based on destination, package dimensions, product category, hazardous-material restrictions, weather conditions, and operational requirements.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SHIPPING

Certain products sold by Ethereal Aether Cache, including perfumes, fragrances, nail polish, and similar items, may be classified as flammable, combustible, limited quantity, or otherwise regulated materials for transportation purposes.

Such items may be shipped exclusively through approved ground transportation methods and may not qualify for expedited, air, overnight, international, or certain carrier services.

Additional transit time may be required for regulated materials due to carrier handling procedures, transportation restrictions, regulatory requirements, or weather-related delays.

PACKAGING AND ORDER CARE

Every order is packaged with exceptional care and attention. Items are inspected prior to shipment and wrapped using appropriate protective materials selected to help minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Depending on the nature of the merchandise, packaging materials may include tissue paper, protective sleeves, bubble wrap, cushioning materials, waterproof barriers, reinforced shipping boxes, void fill, and other protective measures deemed appropriate for safe transportation.

Our goal is for every order to arrive safely, securely, and beautifully presented. However, carrier handling practices remain outside our control once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ethereal Aether Cache shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by weather events, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, customs processing, carrier operational issues, acts of government, security screenings, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Ownership of merchandise and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon acceptance of the shipment by the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier and tracking information has been issued, delivery operations are outside the direct control of Ethereal Aether Cache.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Ethereal Aether Cache is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, property management offices, parcel lockers, mailrooms, and local carrier facilities before reporting the package as missing.

Claims involving packages marked as delivered are subject to carrier records and investigations. Replacement, reimbursement, store credit, or other remedies may be offered at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

Any claim involving shipping damage must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and must include clear photographs of:

• The shipping box and all sides of the package

• The shipping label

• Internal packaging materials

• The damaged item(s)

Failure to provide requested documentation may limit our ability to assist with carrier investigations or claims.

Ethereal Aether Cache reserves the right to require carrier claim procedures to be completed before replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedies are considered.

ADDRESS ERRORS AND RETURNED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges prior to reshipment.

Any carrier fees, return shipping fees, or handling costs incurred as a result of address-related issues may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance may be included, purchased separately, or unavailable depending on the order and carrier selected.

Insurance coverage, when applicable, remains subject to the terms, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures established by the issuing carrier or insurer.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ethereal Aether Cache shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses, or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, cyber incidents, utility failures, carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

POLICY CHANGES

Ethereal Aether Cache reserves the right to modify, revise, update, suspend, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time an order is placed shall govern that transaction.
