RETURNS & CUSTOMER CARE POLICY

At Ethereal Aether Cache, we take pride in offering a thoughtfully curated collection of vintage treasures, modern beauty products, home accents, collectibles, and unique finds. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, discontinued, vintage, previously owned, or available in limited quantities, we encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, condition notes, and disclosures prior to making a purchase.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are considered final.

Due to the distinctive nature of our inventory, we are generally unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Many items offered through Ethereal Aether Cache are unique and cannot be replaced, restocked, or exchanged.

Customers are encouraged to contact us with any questions prior to purchase. We are always happy to provide additional information when available.

ORDER ACCURACY & ITEM CONDITION

We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph, describe, and disclose the condition of each item. Vintage, antique, collectible, handmade, discontinued, and previously owned merchandise may display characteristics consistent with age, prior ownership, storage, manufacturing variation, or normal wear.

Customers acknowledge that such characteristics are often part of the item's authenticity, history, and charm and should not be considered defects unless specifically stated otherwise.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If an item arrives damaged during transit or if you believe you have received an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To assist with the review process, please provide:

• Clear photographs of the item received
• Clear photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
• A description of the issue

Claims submitted without supporting documentation may limit our ability to investigate or provide assistance.

Each claim will be reviewed individually, and any resolution offered shall be determined at the sole discretion of Ethereal Aether Cache.

BEAUTY, FRAGRANCE & PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, beauty, fragrance, cosmetic, nail polish, and personal care products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• New and sealed products
• Opened products
• Vintage beauty products
• Pre-owned beauty products
• Fragrances and perfumes
• Nail polish and cosmetic items

All such items are stored, handled, and described with care; however, due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING CARE

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged using appropriate protective materials selected to help ensure safe delivery.

Packaging methods may include protective wrapping, cushioning materials, reinforced boxes, waterproof barriers, and other safeguards appropriate to the merchandise being shipped.

While we take extensive precautions to protect orders during shipment, carrier handling practices are outside of our control once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Questions regarding shipping, delivery, or transit-related damage should be reported promptly so that appropriate carrier procedures may be initiated when applicable.
