Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final.

Many items within the cache are:

Vintage or discontinued

One-of-a-kind or limited availability

Carefully handled and described to reflect their true condition

We encourage you to take a moment to view all photos and descriptions so you can feel confident in your selection.

💫 If Something Isn’t Right

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review everything and work with you toward a fair resolution.

💄 Beauty & Personal Care Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This includes:

New, unused, or sealed products

Gently loved or swatched items

All beauty items are stored with care and described as accurately as possible.

While we do our best to protect every piece, once an item is in transit, handling is outside of our control. If damage occurs during shipping, please reach out within the timeframe above so we can assist.
