At Ethereal Aether Cache, each piece is gathered with intention—spanning vintage finds, modern beauty, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

Because of the unique nature of our collection, we ask that you review each item carefully before purchase.

🕊️ Returns

Due to the nature of our inventory, most sales are considered final.

Many items within the cache are:

Vintage or discontinued

One-of-a-kind or limited availability

Carefully handled and described to reflect their true condition

We encourage you to take a moment to view all photos and descriptions so you can feel confident in your selection.

💫 If Something Isn’t Right

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, we will absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review everything and work with you toward a fair resolution.

💄 Beauty & Personal Care Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This includes:

New, unused, or sealed products

Gently loved or swatched items

All beauty items are stored with care and described as accurately as possible.

Apparel & Footwear Returns

Clothing and footwear may be returned if a return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from odors, stains, damage, or other signs of use. Any original tags, accessories, or packaging included with the item must also be returned.

Footwear may be tried on indoors for fit but must not show signs of outdoor wear.

For returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

If an item arrives materially different from its listing description, please contact Ethereal Aether Cache so the issue can be reviewed separately.

Each order is packaged with attention and care to help ensure it arrives safely.

While we do our best to protect every piece, once an item is in transit, handling is outside of our control.

If damage occurs during shipping, please reach out within the timeframe above so we can assist.

🌙 A Final Note

The cache is ever-changing—many pieces are unique and may not return once they’ve been claimed.
