Arachide Jellification takes the familiar colors of peanut butter and jelly and sends them through the Liquid Krystal Co. laboratory.

A warm peanut-butter tan crelly forms the base, carrying an unexpected purple-to-red shifting shimmer that changes dramatically with light and angle - is it strawberry or grape jelly?? 

In indirect light, the lacquer settles into a toasted golden tan with a softer, almost hidden sheen. Under stronger light, the shift awakens—flashing through berry red, magenta, violet-purple, and glowing pink-purple across the warm base.

The name is part of the experiment: arachide means peanut, while jellification is the process of forming or becoming jelly.

Together, they quietly spell out the inspiration behind the shade: peanut butter + jelly, translated into color.

The contrast is intentionally unusual.

The warm, creamy, almost edible-looking tan represents the peanut-butter side, while the cool purple-red shift becomes the jewel-toned jelly—sometimes subtle, sometimes brilliant, and constantly changing as the polish moves through the light.

Due to the shifting nature of this lacquer, its appearance can vary substantially with lighting, viewing angle, skin tone, and number of coats. Photos are shown in multiple lighting conditions to capture as much of the shift as possible.

As with many shimmer-heavy indie lacquers, some settling may occur during storage. Gently roll the bottle between your palms before use if needed.
