Measuring an impressive 31 inches according to its original identification label, this remarkable creation showcases an elaborate, flowing composition of pheasant-inspired plumage.

Rich burgundy, copper, antique gold, ivory, soft blue, and charcoal intertwine in sweeping feather-like patterns, creating a captivating display of color, movement, and intricate artistry.

Unlike the artist's printed limited-edition silk lamps, this exceptional piece is explicitly identified as an original hand-painted work. The silk also bears Barbara Woods' signature, further distinguishing its artistic character.

Complementing the painted silk is a distinctive glazed ceramic light housing featuring beautifully graduated earthy tones of bronze, deep brown, and warm golden ochre.

Decorative perforations add another dimension of craftsmanship to the sculptural design.

Both the silk shade and ceramic housing retain their identification labels bearing the Northern Pheasant title, documenting their connection as components of this remarkable Woodsilks creation.

Designed as a ceiling-mounted light sculpture, the piece includes its accompanying electrical components, mounting hardware, and ceiling-fan conversion assembly as photographed.

An exceptional statement for Southwestern, Santa Fe, eclectic, rustic luxury, or thoughtfully curated contemporary interiors.

Whether displayed as illuminated functional artwork or appreciated for its sculptural beauty, Northern Pheasant offers a distinctive marriage of textile artistry, ceramic craftsmanship, and architectural lighting.
